Tim is a former eBay executive who worked as Business Development Manager and Seller Education Manager for 5 years. Well known in the eBay seller community, Tim is passionate about empowering small to medium merchants to achieve success, and especially within the eBay marketplace.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in management and start-ups across multiple industries, Tim is keenly aware of the challenges of success. With valuable expertise in ecommerce, accounting, governance, legal, marketing, communications, logistics and customer experience, Tim's plain English approach has helped hundreds of eBay merchants quickly boost profits. Tim is a regular presenter at conferences throughout Australia and overseas.
Phil Leahy

After a long music industry career at Sony Entertainment & Kiss FM, Phil successfully launched and built one of the largest eBay businesses retailing CDs & DVDs – achieving Australia's #1 eBay seller in 2007 & 2008 for the most sales in all categories.
After selling his retail business in 2008, Phil has continued his role as CEO of Retail Global, ensuring its value to the online seller community continues to grow in Australia & the USA.
Phil received the Industry Recognition Award at the Online Retail Industry Awards in 2013 for the individual who has made the most outstanding contribution to the eCommerce industry in Australia.
He is passionate about the industry and the people that lead it. Phil is also the founder of the PeSA Gala charity event, which has raised over $500,000 for charity.
Nathan Huppatz
Author, Founder & Director, Costumes.com.au, Ready To Ship
Nathan is passionate about the online retail space. His eCommerce experience spans over 16 years, more recently co-founding and growing the award winning online costume retail business www.costumes.com.au consistently for the past 5 years.
Nathan also co-founded the software as a service shipping integration product www.ReadyToShip.com.au, which integrates web stores and eBay accounts to many carriers including eParcel, Fastway and Toll. ReadytoShip is responsible for processing nearly 3 million customer shipments annually.
Nathan has great experience in all aspects of starting, growing and running eCommerce business of different models, from importing and exporting through to online marketing with AdWords, comparison shopping, SEO and multichannel platforms like eBay.
Nathan is also the author of the Australian version of 'Making Money on eBay for Dummies' and a regular speaker at online retail conferences and seminars on topics such as multichannel retailing, online freight and logistics, online marketing and more.
Shaun O'Brien

Shaun O’Brien is President and CEO of Selby Acoustics; an Australian Consumer Electronics and Accessories Importer, Wholesaler and Multi Channel Retailer.
Personal passion for high quality Hi Fi, a deep understanding of the Home Theatre environment and an absolute commitment to customer service excellence drove Shaun to enter the online market on eBay over 13 years ago.
Starting with $100 as the initial investment he has grown the business to encompass three online stores, two websites, two retail stores and a main distribution centre in Melbourne. Selby Acoustics employs more than 20 fulltime staff in Australia and a fulltime manager in China.
Previous to starting his own business Shaun had worked in management for some of the best and most progressive retailers in Australia and New Zealand. Shaun’s extensive knowledge of online marketing and sales is highly regarded by the Australian industry, speaking at conferences and presenting at seminars regularly during the year.

Katrina specialises in eBay SEO and listing/store optimisation, providing online educational courses through Reboot Retail.
Katrina's experience, knowledge and passion for eBay sellers is well respected within the industry, and she consults with eBay on a regular basis within the eBay lead initiative "For Sellers, By Sellers", and various other eBay initiatives.
